Why Does My GEM420 Keep Connecting / Disconnecting from 3G/4G?

If your router is constantly connecting and disconnecting from the 3G/4G network then in most cases this is down to the configuration of the Network Monitoring settings (Ping Reboot / Cell ICMP Check)

Visit your APN settings page (this is the page where you configured / changed your APN settings to suit your SIM provider) and at the bottom you will find the Network Monitoring Settings – In the first instance to check if this is incorrectly configured just disable this service and APPLY.

If your router then connects to the 3G/4G service and stays connected then you know that this section is incorrectly configured.
